If you have received a parking ticket when visiting our gyms, we advise that you make an appeal against the fine via the channels indicated on the letter you have received. As part of your appeal, we would suggest including a log of your attendance, which you can find on the 'Activity' section of the PureGym app.
We do hope the fine gets cancelled. Please familiarise yourself with the car parking procedure for your gym on its homepage to prevent any future fines.
Why do members receive parking tickets?
We are unable to prevent our members from receiving parking tickets as the car parks that surround our gyms are owned by external companies; we only have control over the gym itself. Where possible we create agreements with these companies so our members can park on-site for free, but this may be only for a limited amount of time, and you may still need to enter your car's registration number to claim free parking for that visit.
