Why did I receive a class strike when I attended the class?

We judge attendance by your PIN use. If you were in the class and used your PIN, please reach out.

Class attendance is registered when you use your PIN or QR code to enter the gym before the class begins. Please ensure that you enter your PIN or QR code on every visit so that you are registered for any booked classes and don't receive a strike.

If you did enter the gym correctly and on time but still received a strike, please contact Member Services.
