In line with HMRC's guidance, we have a legal obligation regarding the retention of financial records and are therefore unable to delete your membership in its entirety. We can however remove your personal details from your membership record and edit the preferences to ensure that you will receive no further communication from us.
If you're no longer a member and want to remove your data, head to Account page on the PureGym app, select 'View personal details' then select 'Delete account'. If you're an active member, please check out our privacy policy for more information.
