We understand that this can happen now and then. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email explaining how to make the missed payment online. If your monthly payment fails, your membership will be suspended until you pay the outstanding payment.
For a short time you can pay the outstanding payment on your Member's Area, or the app, with just an additional £5 administration fee. If this is not done, we will add a £15 resubmission fee and resend the payment directly to your bank account, as per the missed payment email.
