Can I change my PIN if somebody else knows it?

If your PIN has been compromised, please contact [email protected] who will be able to generate you a new PIN. 

Please make sure the email address linked to your account is up-to-date beforehand to ensure that your new PIN is sent to the right place. You can change that in the 'Your Profile' section of your Member's Area on our website.
