To check if someone else is using your membership, head to the Activity page on the PureGym app and check out your recent workouts on the Overview section. If you notice some unfamiliar activity, please contact us on Facebook Messenger or email us at [email protected] and we'll generate a new PIN for you.
Please make sure that the email address linked to your account is up-to-date beforehand to ensure that your new PIN is sent to the right place. You can change that in the 'Your Profile' section of your Member's Area on our website.
