If you're a monthly member who pays for your own membership, you can cancel your membership on your Member's Area here or by cancelling your Direct Debit through your bank. Cancellations must be done at least 4 working days before your next payment day to avoid any further payments.
If your employer pays for your membership, you would need to request the cancellation through them.
If you pay for your membership through GymFlex, you would need to request the cancellation through them by email.
