We're sorry to hear that you're thinking of cancelling. The easiest way to do so is by logging in to the Member’s Area and following the cancellation process.

If you still want to cancel your PureGym direct debit, there should be the option to cancel it on your online banking app. It'll be under 'PureGym Ltd'. If not, we suggest that you speak to your bank directly and quote your direct debit reference number, which you can find in the 'Your Gym Pass' section of Member's Area, under 'Payment Method'.
