Great News! Your gym is getting an upgrade! We’re reconfiguring the gym and creating a dedicated women’s workout space!

Your new space will give you the opportunity to weight train with a range of free weights, lifting bays and fixed pin machines and you can still crush your functional fitness/Hyrox goals!

Here’s a sneak peak of some of the equipment you’ll have: - Matrix Perfect squat - Hip thrust bench - Wall ball targets - BLX BOX plyo jump boxes - BootyBuilder V8 - BootyBuilder Standing Hip Thrust - Leg press - Leg extension

Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety. You will find our Torquay gym on the Bridge Retail Park, opposite Torbay Hospital and to the north of Torquay town centre. We're easy to spot from Hele Road as we're in the unit nearest the road, next to Pets at Home.
