Stirling Gym

Welcome to Stirling's largest gym! Spread over three huge floors, we have everything you could want to get the best from every workout. And with our low monthly price and no contract it is great value.

We are located in the centre on the Springbank Road roundabout and only 3 mins walk from Stirling train station, so nice and easy to get to. Being central and open 24/7 means we are really convenient which can help when it comes to sticking to a gym routine. 

Our Stirling gym has over 50 classes every week in our bespoke indoor cycle and classes studios, which deliver a great atmosphere to make the classes great fun and keep you motivated. And on the 2rd floor you can enjoy so incredible views of the Dumyat Hills while running on some of our treadmills, it’s almost like being out on the hills themselves!

Our latest equipment includes: 

• Functional Area - Black Box Equipment
• 4 bay lifting rig
• 3 squat racks
