Great News! Your gym is getting an upgrade! We’re reconfiguring the gym and creating a dedicated women’s workout space!

This includes:

A dedicated free weights with 2 lifting bays, dumbbells up to 30kg with adjustable benches, a smith machine, barbells, a perfect squat, a hip thrust bench and a BootyBuilder standing hip thrust.

A stretch area with benches, a back extension and accessories.

Fixed pin/cables including the BootyBuilder V8, a functional trainer, adductor, abductor, glute kickback, diverging seated row, lat pull down, prone leg curl, leg press, leg extension, rear delt pec fly and chin dip assist.

Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety. We kindly ask that you don't attempt to access these areas during this period.
