With a massive amount of kit, a huge number of classes and a spacious and friendly environment for you to train in we're sure you're going to love our gym once you step inside!
We're open 24/7 and if you want to come down and have a look for yourself at our open plan training area, our functional area, our free weights room and our two studios for classes then call down between 8am and 8pm for a look around with a member of staff who would be happy to answer any questions.
With up to 2 hours free parking here you're better to be inside working up a sweat than sitting in traffic outside! Have a look up next time you drive past and you'll see us.

Directions
You'll find the gym on the Laganbank Retail Park on Laganbank Road, opposite Lisburn Library and near to the police station and Lagan Valley Hospital. If you fancy a cardio warm-up before you come in for a workout, we're a two-minute walk away from the city centre.
BY CAR
If you're coming by car, pop BT28 1XZ into your SatNav and park in the car park outside the gym for free for up to 3 hours. If you would like to stay longer than 3 hours, charges will apply. Please refer to the signage in the car park for further details.
BY BUS
As for public transport, bus numbers 530 and 532 will drop you off nearby on Linenhall Street.
