Gym Manager
Gym Managers are responsible for driving a culture of high performance and high engagement within their gym. You’ll get all the support you need to achieve this from a Cluster Manager, plus opportunities to learn and grow your career at PureGym, all while having the freedom to run your gym as if it was your very own business. A varied role, with responsibility for everything from financials to people development, you will focus on driving the performance of your gym by investing time in getting into the detail behind your gym’s results and always striving for continuous improvement across your gym with clear plans in place to deliver a strong financial and operational performance.
ASSISTANT GYM MANAGER
Assistant Gym Managers take a hands-on role within our gyms, with a focus on member engagement, Personal Trainer support, driving standards, supporting commercial performance and group exercise. They support the Gym Manager with people performance and will work closely with the Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainer community providing appropriate support and proactively driving PT hiring. You will be the driving force behind the execution of Gym Floor standards and will support the development and delivery of a successful group experience programme where your active involvement will showcase high engagement, ownership and will exemplify what “great looks like” in your gym.
