The foundation of our Learning and Development offering is our in-house suite of digital learning modules, these cover a range of topics, beginning at your Induction, and designed to support you throughout your PureGym journey.
Operations Team Development
Our internal Transition Programmes are designed to develop our Operations Team Members from Fitness Coach to Assistant Gym Manager, Gym Manager and beyond.
Central Support Development
Managers are supported to develop Team Members through effective coaching conversations with digital learning modules and small group workshops to further enhance these skills.
Additional Development Opportunities
We also have access to LinkedIn Learning offering over 5000 online courses, covering a number of topics, the opportunity to take part in an Apprenticeship in your chosen field or to apply for Professional Qualification funding for more specialist courses.
