Philip is a PureGym Personal Trainer who specialises in functional fitness, and is passionate about helping those with medical conditions. He also teaches at a secondary school and college, educating young people on the importance of health and fitness. 

I want to teach people that fitness is fun. It isn't a responsibility, it's a privilege - something to look forward to.
