She works with general health, weight loss and pre & postnatal clients on a face to face basis and is breaking into the world of online coaching to reach and help a larger audience. She is also working on multiple projects to provide exercise coaching to those who need to take preventative action regarding their current and future health, including an Exercise Referral Scheme and launching a Covid-19 Rehabilitation programme.
