Hannah has been a Personal Trainer at PureGym Colchester Retail Park for two years, where she helps clients to transform their lifestyle through 1-2-1 training and online coaching.
"If you told me 7 years ago that I would become a personal trainer I would have laughed in your face and said you’ve got the wrong girl! I used to HATE fitness and gym. I was that girl in school that would do anything to get out of physical education classes and I would go to the gym for a week and then think “yeah this is not for me."
Around 4 years ago I started taking the gym more seriously as I decided I wanted to change not only my appearance but my lifestyle too. I was overweight, super lazy and would just eat non stop.
I lost around 3 stone through diet and exercise and this truly was the beginning of everything for me. I realised that going to the gym isn’t a chore and that I do not have to stay on the cardio equipment for hours to lose weight.
I’m now the most confident I’ve ever been and the strongest. I can bench over 60KG on the bench press (call me the crazy bench lady!) and I thrive off helping people become not only the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves, but also the strongest."
