Before you start any of these workouts, make sure to warm up properly and don't forget to cool down as well.
Workout One
Equipment needed: a pair or dumbbells, a kettlebell, a plyo box, battle ropes
Complete each of the following exercises, back to back. Rest 30 seconds. Repeat 3-5 times.
- 10 Dumbbell burpees
- 10 Dumbbell snatches
- 10 Kettlebell swings
- 10 Box overs
- 30 secs battle rope slams
Workout Two
Equipment needed: a weighted plate, box jump and medicine ball
Complete each of the following exercises, back to back and repeat 2-4 times for time.
- 12 Ground to overhead
- 10 Box jumps
- 10 sitting wall throws (each side)
- Kick sits
Workout Three
Equipment needed: a weighted plate, box jump and medicine ball
Complete each of the following exercises, back to back and repeat 2-4 times for time.
- 10 Deadlift
- 20 Press ups
- 10 Wall ball throws
- 10 Upright rows
- 10 box jump over
- 10 kcal air bike
Workout Four
Equipment needed: treadmill
Complete each of the following exercises, back to back and repeat 2-4 times for time.
- 400m sprints
- 20 air squats
Repeat 4 times.
Finish off with: 50 mountain climbers.

Equipment needed: a pair or dumbbells
Complete each of the following exercises, back to back and repeat 4 times for a total of 5 rounds for time.
- 10 Dumbbell push press
- 10 Renegade rows
- 10 Dumbbell front squats
- 20 Alternating jumping lunges
- 20 Mountain climbers
